Drawing a Soil
After sampling the soil, the students were asked to translate their notes from the field tests into a drawing of the soil. They developed different styles and codes for the soil, showing features such as soil depth, horizon, color, cover and texture. The drawings vary in scale due to different soil depths, please note the dimensions next to the drawings.
